Monroe Freeling

Monroe Freeling is an elite offensive tackle prospect who earned All-SEC honors after commanding the starting left tackle spot for Georgia's program. At 6'6", 315 lbs, he combines an ideal NFL frame with fluid movement skills and technically advanced play that projects cleanly to the next level. He should compete for a starting role immediately.

Freeling's run-blocking aggression can occasionally drop off — he tends to finesse defenders rather than driving them when he has positional advantage. He's also coming off a system that didn't always create extended pass protection scenarios against the most elite SEC rushers, which may mean his ceiling in that regard is still to be determined.
