Akheem Mesidor is a high-motor edge defender with elite get-off and the explosive athleticism to become a premier pass rusher at the next level. He's raw in some technical areas but his pure physical tools make him one of the highest-upside prospects in this class.

Counter moves and pass-rush variety are still developing — NFL teams who prepare specifically for his speed rush can limit him. He also needs to refine his run-defense discipline to avoid getting reach-blocked on outside zone plays.
